Product Description
The OSZB-12 series pre installed substation is a new type of distribution and transformation equipment developed based on the box type substation products of Cooper Company in the United States. It is the best equipment for modern power grid transformation. Due to the use of cold-rolled stainless steel plates as the overall structure of the box transformer, compared with the box transformer using the same type of cold-rolled steel plates, its tensile strength and corrosion resistance are greatly enhanced, extending the service life of the equipment. This box transformer places high-voltage load switches, inserted fuses, backup current limiting fuses, and other high-voltage components inside the transformer oil tank for structural optimization and combination, greatly reducing the volume of the box transformer, which is only 1/3-1/4 of the domestic box, greatly reducing civil engineering investment costs. The high-voltage incoming and outgoing lines adopt T-shaped prefabricated plug-in cable terminals, with no exposed live parts in the high-voltage room, full insulation, full screen, flexible operation, safety and reliability. The low-voltage structure adopts a modular structural framework, which can be combined into power supply cabinet, metering cabinet, and capacitor compensation cabinet according to the functional requirements of the low-voltage distribution circuit. The maximum compensation capacity is 320 kilovar. Due to the use of the principle of constant volume of oil and air gaps, the oil storage frame has been removed, and there is no need to suspend the core for twenty years. The iron core is made of imported coated silicon steel sheets, and the low-voltage group is a mooring type winding, which has advantages such as high mechanical strength and good performance. This product uses stainless steel as the main structure of the box transformer. Due to its small size, it can directly penetrate into the load center for terminal or ring network power supply. It can be applied to squares, waiting gardens, residential communities, airports, stations, docks, industrial parks, and areas with high acid, alkali, and salt mist such as tropical rainforests. The protection level of this product is IP33DH. Low loss, low noise, low temperature rise, strong overload capacity, good power supply performance, short circuit resistance, and high impact resistance.
Usage conditions
1. The highest ambient air temperature shall not be higher than+45C, the lowest shall not be lower than -35C, and the highest monthly average temperature shall be+20C;
2. The daily average humidity value shall not exceed 95%, and the monthly average humidity value shall not exceed 90%;
3. Altitude not exceeding 1000m;
4. The wind pressure shall not exceed 700Pa; (Equivalent to 35m/s)
5. The horizontal velocity of the earthquake shall not exceed 0.3g;
6. The inclination of the installation site shall not exceed 3C.

installation platform
Prefabricated substations should be installed on a horizontal concrete platform, which should be able to withstand their weight. Suggest the size of the pedestal.

Note:
1. For dimensions, please refer to the external dimension diagram of the prefabricated substation;
2. The concrete foundation should be level and have a smooth surface, and should evenly bear the weight of the prefabricated substation. The prefabricated substation should be fixed to the foundation using pressure plates;
3. The form and size of the grounding strip and cable fixing bracket can be appropriately modified according to the actual situation;
4. The interior walls and foundation platform of the cable room shall be sealed with 1:25 cement slurry, with a thickness of 20mm and a smooth surface;
5. The bottom of the cable room should be slightly inclined towards the drainage channel to prevent water accumulation;
6. The grounding grid is welded firmly to the top of the foundation and pre embedded steel plate from both sides using Φ 12mm round steel and 30X4mm flat steel. The grounding resistance meets the requirements of the local power department.
