DFW-12/630 series cable junction boxes are outdoor high-voltage electrical equipment with a rated voltage of 12KV and a rated current of 630A, used for the connection and tapping of power cables. This product is widely used for cable tapping in 10KV and 35KV power systems. Its connection method is simple, flexible and convenient, safe and reliable, and the cabinet body is made of 2mm stainless steel plate, which is sturdy and durable. The live part is a fully insulated and fully sealed structure. This product is widely used in urban industrial communities, residential communities, commercial centers, mining airports, railways, wind power stations, switching stations, and distribution networks of large enterprises such as steel, petroleum, chemical, cement, and other occasions. Ordinary cable junction box 

This junction box is divided into two types: European and American, fully enclosed, fully insulated, fully protected, anti flooding, corrosion, anti condensation and frost. It is equipped with a touch shielded silicon shuttle cable plug to ensure personal safety, and the inlet and outlet lines are flexible. In practical applications, there are up to 6-8 branch inlet and outlet lines. And lightning arresters and ground fault indicators can be installed according to user requirements. 

Cable junction box with SF6 load switch 

This product adopts a high-performance sulfur hexaoxide load switch with SF6 insulation gas inside and a touchable shielded silicone rubber electrical system plug, which has strong breaking ability for active load and no-load cable current and making ability for short circuit current. Each ring network connection in this system product is equipped with a load switch and vacuum circuit breaker. Any branch circuit can be freely exited and put into operation, and other loop network circuits are not affected. A fuse can also be attached to the load switch. When a short circuit fault occurs in a branch circuit, the fuse on the branch circuit can quickly disconnect the circuit. And hit the release of the load switch to open it, isolating the faulty circuit and ensuring the continuity of power supply for non faulty branch circuits. And it has all the technical characteristics of a regular junction box. 

Usage conditions 

1. The maximum ambient temperature shall not be higher than+45C, the minimum shall not be lower than -35C, the maximum humidity difference shall not be greater than 25C, and the wind speed shall not exceed 35 meters/second; 

2. The daily average value of relative humidity shall not exceed 95%, and the monthly average value shall not exceed 90%; 

3. Altitude not exceeding 2000m; 

4. Places without frequent severe vibration or year-round corrosion.
