The XDF-W series cable branch box is designed outdoors, with a fully sealed structure and a cabinet protection level of IP33. The cable joint bracket is made of stainless steel material, and the outer shell is made of 2mm high-quality stainless steel plate.

Product Description

The XDF-W series cable branch box is designed outdoors, with a fully sealed structure and a cabinet protection level of IP33. The cable joint bracket is made of stainless steel material, and the outer shell is made of 2mm high-quality non silver steel plate. The interior of the box is divided into two parts: the busbar compartment and the cable compartment by the top plate of the cable compartment. The busbar compartment is a sealed chamber enclosed by 2mm steel plates. The cable joint bracket is located at the upper part of the busbar compartment to support the sleeve, which is used to fix the cable joint. The phase to phase distance of the cable joint is 180mm. If it is a type with lightning arrester, the lightning arrester is installed at the tail of the cable joint. In addition, short circuit indicators and live displays are also installed in the busbar compartment. All live parts of the busbar room are subjected to strict silicone rubber insulation treatment. The cable compartment is located at the bottom of the busbar compartment and serves as a channel for cable entry and exit. There are cable fixing clips and grounding terminals inside the compartment. 

Application scope 

This product is widely used in three-phase low-voltage transmission and distribution systems in outdoor public places such as substations, substations, factories, enterprises, both sides of streets (highways), residential areas, high-rise buildings, etc., as a standardized complete set of equipment for distributing electricity to other users or equipment through cables. 

Product Features 

1. The box is mainly composed of four parts: the top cover, the box body, the door, and the bottom plate, each of which is made by cutting corners and bending a plate. 

2. It has a strong sense of neatness and a beautiful appearance. 

3.The shell material is stainless steel or galvanized steel plate with spray coating. 

4.There are four types: corrosion-resistant and dustproof, rainproof and heat dissipation. 

5. There are two types of installation: floor mounted and wall mounted. 

6. The bus system from Wiener in Germany can be utilized to achieve convenient and reliable cable connection by using non perforated bus connections.

>Environmental temperature: maximum temperature+40C, minimum temperature -30C; 

>Altitude:<2000m; 

>Wind speed: equivalent to 34m/s (not greater than 700Pa); 

>Humidity: The average daily relative humidity shall not exceed 95%; The average monthly relative humidity shall not exceed 90%; 

>Shockproof: Horizontal acceleration not exceeding 0.4m/s2, vertical acceleration not exceeding 0.15m/s2 

>Installation site inclination: not greater than 3; 

>Installation environment: The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive, flammable gases, water vapor, etc., and there should be no severe vibration at the installation site;
