Product Description
SC (B) 12 resin insulated dry type power transformer is currently the most high-performance ultra-low loss dry type transformer. Especially suitable for promotion and use in important places such as wind farms, photovoltaic power generation, combined substations for electric vehicle charging stations, and power supply and distribution systems. This product has obtained the energy-saving product certification certificate and is included in the promotion catalog of high-efficiency energy-saving distribution transformers for the National Energy Saving Product Benefiting the People Project.
Performance characteristics
Low loss: The no-load loss of the product is reduced by more than 10% compared to the SCB11 product, with excellent energy-saving effect, economical operation, and maintenance free.
Low noise: The noise level of the product is 10-15 decibels lower than the current professional standard JB/T10088-1999 "6-220KV Transformer Sound Level".
Low partial discharge: The resin mixture adopts advanced stirring methods and vacuum film degassing technology, effectively eliminating bubbles in the mixture. The partial discharge of the product is extremely low and can be controlled below 5PC. Environmental protection and flame retardancy: Both high and low voltage coils are poured under vacuum and pressure. The casting body has a dense curing structure, which is flame retardant, explosion-proof, and pollution-free. Under high heat, the resin will not produce toxic gases.
High electrical strength: Both high and low voltage coils are cast into a fully sealed structure in vacuum, with good insulation performance, arc resistance, and moisture resistance. They can withstand atmospheric overvoltage, operating overvoltage, transient overvoltage, and long-term working voltage for electrical strength. The power frequency withstand voltage is strong High heat resistance: Both high and low voltage coils are insulated with a thin layer of epoxy resin encapsulation, and have a high thermal conductivity. The insulation heat resistance level can reach level H, with high heat resistance.
