The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than+40C and not lower than -5C. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed+35C;

3. The design of the device fully considers the heat dissipation during the operation of the cabinet. There are different numbers of scattered slot holes at both ends of the cabinet body. When the electrical components in the device heat up, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot hole, while cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet through the lower slot hole, forming a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top for the sealed cabinet body, achieving the purpose of heat dissipation.

4. According to the requirements of modern industrial product design, the device adopts the golden ratio method to design the appearance and segmentation dimensions of each part, making the device aesthetically pleasing and refreshing.

5. The cabinet door of the device is connected to the frame with a rotating movable chain, making installation and disassembly convenient. The folding edge of the door is embedded with a mountain shaped rubber strip. When closing the door, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet body and also improve the protection level of the door.

6. The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the framework with multiple strands of soft copper wire. The installation components inside the cabinet are connected to the framework with knurled screws, forming a complete grounding protection circuit for the entire cabinet.

7. The device's topcoat is made of polyester orange shaped baking paint, which has strong adhesion and good texture. The overall color is matte, avoiding glare effects and creating a comfortable visual environment for the on duty personnel. The protection level of the device is IP30, and the top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed, making it easy to assemble and adjust the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.
